SPA is unique within the UK, as we possess the facilities to emboss either veneered or plain MDF panels with 3 dimensional designs and surface textures. This may take the form of fielded panels, shaker styled doors or tongue and groove designs on veneered panels for kitchen manufacturers. More detailed designs such as basket weave, wood grains and shapes such as fleur de lys can be achieved. In fact, any design (within our process parameters) a customer may require.

Designs are applied to the face of the panels through a special application of heat and pressure in this unique process.
