SPA Laminates Ltd is a member of the Independent Forestry Group Chain of Custody Scheme for the FSC certified veneered FSC panels.

What does FSC mean?

" FSC accredited certification means that the forest of origin has been independently inspected and evaluated according to strict environmental, social and economic principles and criteria as agreed by the Forest Stewardship Council A.C"

" FSC is an international, non profit association whose members include environmental and social groups and progressive forestry and wood retail companies working in partnership to improve forest management worldwide"

SPA is sourcing a minimum of 70% of all timber from an FSC certified source and so we can put a minimum % claim on all our products. We are a member of the Independent Forestry Group Chain of Custody Scheme, which makes coc available to us in an affordable way.

Our chain of custody number is SA-CoC-0975 SPA

SA is the certification body which audits the Group scheme.
CoC shows that the certificate is for chain of custody.
0975 is the Independent Forestry Group Scheme number.
SPA is our own unique chain of custody code.

QUALITY ASSURED TO BS EN ISO 9002

Spa Laminates objective is to provide a high level of workmanship for all our work that meets the expectations and needs of our customers. SPA ensure this is achieved through the use of our quality assurance procedures which have been assessed by BM Trada and endorsed as meeting the standards that are required of ISO 9002.

SPA was awarded ISO accreditation in 1994 and maintains those quality assurance policies on a continual daily basis.
