Post-forming allows panels to be produced with ‘soft’ edges. Panel edges can be formed with a variety of curves and radii and wrapped with man made laminates to provide a seam free, smooth and durable surface/edge.
Panels can be manufactured with Mdf (ultra light, moisture resistant and fire retardant) or chipboard (moisture resistant and fire retardant) with a variety of edge details.
Where site access prohibits the delivery of ’one piece‘ work surfaces/counter tops, Spa can offer an onsite fabrication service. This service can be extended to the repair of panels whilst insitu should they become damaged either during installation or whilst in use.
