When durability, stability and flexibility is required in a surface/panel then components manufactured from a solid resin can provide the answer.
Solid surfaces, as the name implies is a sheet material made from resin with a mineral filler. They are available in a wide variety of colours and effects and allow the manufacture of panelling, cladding, furniture and signage.
Highly durable, solid surfaces are resistant to chemicals and ’short-term‘ surface heat to 180º.
We can produce shaped, curved or flat panels fabricated from a variety of solid surface materials on a variety of substrates. Panels can be produced with a variety of edge details, and supplied with holes or apertures formed to house sinks, appliances, create window openings to display products or to allow access for cabling.
Where site access prohibits the delivery of ’one piece‘ work surfaces/counter tops, Spa can offer an onsite fabrication service. This service can be extended to the repair of panels whilst insitu should they become damaged either during installation or whilst in use.
